TARGET STORES TO FIX THEIR STORES OR GO OUT OF BUSINESS ONE STORE AT A TIME. Information on other customers having dealt with discrimination, ADA VIOLATIONS, PRICE ACCURACY ERRORS, any information that you may have is being accepted for CLASS ACTION LAW SUIT TO FIX THIS COMPANY. America is having a hard enough time, we do not need to be ripped off by one of our favorite stores. TARGAY(target) has a price accuracy issue is multiple store locations, nationwide. Price accuracy team are not doing a good enough job, as customers contimue to be over charged on items purchased in their stors. Such items as incorrect sales signs, incorrect shelf labels/prices, incorrectly taken markdowns are costing us all $$$. Price accuracy is the law, if you and experienced these issues within the last year visiting your local target store, you may be entitled to $$$. My goal is to fix this company, not put it our of business. Having received the first award of MOST VALUALBE ASSET, I know how important it is to treat all customers with respect, when I have to witness a man with NO LEGS NOT OFFERED ASSISTANCE, WHILE THE ELECTRIC WHEELCHAIR BLOCKS 2 HANDICAPPED PARKING PLACES FOR OVER 3 HOURS, THEY NEED A WAKE UP CALL. SO HERE IT IS. All information submitted to the attorney will be kept confidential, all awards will be made by the court in CLASS ACTION LAW SUIT. My employee # is 226670 and any one who has been overcharged on a receipt during the last year, may be entitled to damages. That's right, if you were charged a different price other than what is listed on the shelf label, or if a sale sign was left up after it's runnning date, you have rights. On 1/20/08, I was in the local store in VAN NUYS, BALBOA BVD. CA, I went to purchase TIDY CAT LITTER, sign said on sale, purchased item, charged higher price, seems the sale sign had been left up from 1/5/08(experation date) when the item was on sale. I have retained it and numerous other receipts from various 9 other store locations documenting price accurcy error.
