Civil Law suit for Multiple ADA Violations will be filed 5/14/08 against Target Stores, Van Nuys location

After reviewing Target Discrimination law suit paperwork, I have come to realize the best way to fix a problem is through the court system.... money talks to big business, and unfortunately for Target Stores, who's corporate office is in MPLS,MN, and who is my prior employer of 5 years will now have to answer to the courts regarding the previously documented ADA discrimination occuring at their Van Nuys location on Sepulveda just 3 short months ago. During this time 3 ADA violations occurred at this location, involviong myself, Store Manager Carlos, Loss Prevention Manager Karina, and a legless man who was not offered assistance to neither retreive the electric shopping cart blocking 2 handicapped parking places, and I was refused assistance, being disabled now, customer statement retained documenting refusal of service... now demands will be met in court... expect Target Stock changes in the near future as this matter is brought to court and the company is in the processing of correcting their mistakes, retraining their stores in CA on BACK TO BASICS, ADA LAW. I received their first award, elected by my fellow Human Resource Managers at the time, as the MOST VALUABLE ASSET, prior to leaving the company. Assets can work in both ways... now I will fix this issue... following documentation will be posted as I prepare for court.... I hope this message reaches all with the understanding, that ALL ARE CREATED EQUAL, AND ALL, INCLUDING THE DISABLED ARE PROTECTED UNDER THE LAW... THIS IS THE REASON FOR THE ADA ACT(AMERICANS WITH DISABILITIES ACT)... WORLD PEACE can not begin until big business learns to respect all and follow the law in regards to handling all customer complaints. I buy crosses with my disability money here in the streets of LA, and assist those less fortunate, in addition I pick up trash almost everyday here on the street where I live, give the recycles to other disabled people who need the extra money... yes have been disabled/Living the best I can with AIDS since the early 80's, time to wake up America... What I have doing the last few months? ... is going out into the streets of LA helping people I come across, that I am able to help. Sometimes I give a cross, sometimes I give a cross car airfreshener and talk to them about GOD, sometimes I will give change to needy people, sometimes I give an angelbear, or a star to people who I feel would feel impacted by my gester... sounds a little crazy, but I have a passion to help others and even with my limited funds(on disability), I can always find a way to help others.... this is me... I am the real deal...also I pick up trash other people just through out into the street, give recyclables to the less fortunate, put trash in trash can where it belongs... wish others would be equally respectful our beautiful home called EARTH/AMERICA...GOD GAVE US SUCH A NICE PLACE TO LIVE, we all need to help preserve it...on a personal note... any male partner would have to accept that I will put GOD before any man's needs, including my own. For fun I watch the news and make jewelry, hobby that has a positive cash flow. WHAT I DO IS FOR THE CHILDREN OF THE WORLD, THE CHILDREN OF TOMORROW DESERVE A BETTER PLACE TO LIVE IN... I APPRECIATE ANY PERSON WHO IS WILLING TO TRY TO START TO TREAT ALL PEOPLE EQUAL, WITH RESPECT, AND LOVE THEE NEIGHBOR.... EXSPEICALLY THE LITTLE ONES...JESUS LOVES ALL EQUAL, NO EXCEPTIONS, AS SOON AS PEOPLE START TO REALIZE THIS AND PRACTICE IT IN EVERYDAY LIVING, THE WORLD WILL BE A BETTER PLACE, I AM JUST SETTING AN EXAMPLE FOR OTHERS TO FOLLOW... every little bit of positive influence today makes the future a little brighter for tomorrow.
